Careers

Umbrella Tech is a Perth technology consultancy whose work connects engineering with security, compliance and practical business outcomes. This page explains the kind of work we do and how to introduce yourself if you would like to work with us. To ask about opportunities, contact us with your relevant experience and the area of work that interests you.

01

The work we focus on

Our work spans AI and automation, governance and compliance, staff training, technology advisory, cybersecurity, Microsoft cloud and network infrastructure. Projects involve investigation, design, implementation, testing and documentation, often alongside a client's internal team or MSP. Our Capabilities describes each area.

02

Our approach to technical work

We value clear reasoning, practical design and useful evidence. Understanding the current environment before changing it, recording the decisions that matter and leaving a result the receiving team can manage are central to every project. Our Approach sets out the method.

03

How projects are run

Engagements are scoped in writing, decisions are recorded as the work progresses and every project ends with a documented handover. Much of the work happens alongside a client's own IT team or managed service provider, so explaining technical decisions clearly matters as much as making them.

04
