Discuss a Project
Tell Umbrella Tech about a technology project you are planning, whether it is an AI rollout, a compliance framework, a security uplift, a Microsoft 365 change or a network upgrade. We connect discovery, architecture and implementation with security, governance, testing and handover, and will help you define a practical starting scope. Prefer to talk? Call 1800 262 262.

Frequently asked questions
Can't see your question? Ask us directly →
What kinds of projects can we discuss?
AI integration and automation, governance and compliance frameworks, security assessment and uplift, Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure work, network and infrastructure modernisation, and engineering support for internal teams or MSPs. Our Capabilities describes each area.
What should a project deliver?
The agreed outcome, tested against acceptance criteria set at the start, with documentation and a handover your team can maintain. Remaining risks or exceptions are recorded with owners.
How are cost and timing worked out?
They depend on the environment, the number of systems, the controls required and any dependencies on other work. Scope, timing and cost are confirmed in discovery and set out in a proposal before work begins.
Do I need a complete technical brief before contacting you?
No. A clear description of the problem, desired outcome and known constraints is enough to begin scoping the requirement. If the current position is unclear, an assessment from Assessments & Roadmaps may be a better first step.
Can you work with our current provider?
Yes. We can work alongside internal IT teams, MSPs and other providers through agreed technical responsibilities and handover arrangements.
