What we mean by AI and automation
Business automation is software doing the routine steps of a process, such as looking up records, filling in tickets, requesting approvals and sending notifications, the same way every time. AI solutions for business go further: they use AI models to read, summarise or draft from your information. Most useful projects combine the two, with clear rules about what the system may do on its own.
How outcomes are validated
Before building, we agree what a working result looks like and how it will be checked against the current process. Depending on scope, evidence can include:
A complete delivery record
Each project ends with a record of the starting process, the design, what was built, the test results and any open exceptions. It names who owns the automation from then on and how to change it or switch it off.
