What Microsoft cloud services cover
Microsoft cloud services are the Microsoft platforms an organisation runs on: Microsoft 365 for email, files, Teams and Office apps; Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft's cloud identity service (formerly Azure Active Directory), for sign-in and access; and Azure for hosting. The Microsoft Graph API is the programming interface that lets other systems read and act on Microsoft 365 data, which is how much of our reporting and automation work connects.
