Which document applies to you
- You are visiting this website or sending us an enquiry: the Privacy Policy and the Website Terms of Use.
- A client has asked you to connect a Google account: the Umbrella Connect terms of service and the Umbrella Connect privacy notice.
- You or your organisation use SiteBeacon: the SiteBeacon terms of service, the SiteBeacon privacy notice and, for business customers, the Data Processing Addendum.
- Your organisation has a signed agreement with us: that agreement, together with the documents it names. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement applies first.
Terms and Conditions
"Terms and Conditions" and "Terms of Service" mean the same thing here. For our products, the terms are the Umbrella Connect terms of service and the SiteBeacon terms of service. For this website, they are the Website Terms of Use. We do not publish any other terms and conditions page, so there is nothing to conflict with these documents.
